Metanarrativas

Together with art students from the Universidad de Barcelona we explored the theme MetaNarrativas - the story above the stories. It included workshops in Barcelona and Marburg, ending with a joined exhibition at the Marburger Kunstverein.

My painting “when humanity went down we all came back” is made out of A1 papers glued together. On it, I collaged copies from my first big painting in the first semester, which was made out of the same material, but then later cut to pieces. I chose this painting and this size because the painting “Basquiat” from my first semester was also the one I developed through the course work of MetaNarrativas.
